Discounts

How do I apply a Discount Code?

Discount codes may be entered in the “Discount Code” box, this will appear after you hit "Checkout" & a new screen loads. Viewing on a desktop, the “Discount Code” box is located on the right, underneath your order information. Viewing on a mobile phone, the “Discount Code” box appears in the Payment section of the shopping cart.


Please note that only one code may be applied per order and discounts may or may not apply to items already on sale or clearance priced.


Discount codes cannot be applied to previous or pending orders.

Do you offer a Military Discount?

Orders, payments, RETURNS

Do I need an account to place an order?

No account is required, but we will need a name and address for shipping information. If you would like to create an account to save your information for future purchases, you may do so during the checkout process.

Can I pay in installments?

The Fan-Brand has partnered with Affirm to provide flexible 3-, 6-, or 12-month payment options for our customers. Financing with Affirm requires an application. Determination of loan eligibility happens in real-time with just five (5) pieces of information. To learn more about Affirm, please visit affirm.com/help

I just placed my order and need to change something, what can I do?

The Fan-Brand strives to ensure your satisfaction during your purchase process. If for any reason you need to make a change or to cancel your order, we ask that you please contact us at customerservice@thefan-brand.com within 12 hours of your purchase. Make sure you provide your order number, name, and contact information. As each product is custom printed and assembled, we are unable to make changes after this time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and/or Shop Pay. All transactions are processed over a secure connection and cardholder data is encrypted with the most advanced methods available.

What is your return policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

How do I hang my Rotating Lighted Wall Sign?

DOWNLOAD THE ROTATING LIGHT SIGN PRODUCT SHEET & WARRANTY INFORMATION 


Install mount as follows: using mounting plate as template, locate and mark 3 holes on the wall. Drill ¼” holes and insert anchors where needed by lightly tapping to set anchors flush with surface. Attach mounting plate with large screws provided until anchors are expanded and plate is secure.


  • The Rotating Lighted Wall Sign is for INDOOR USE only.
  • Hang from a surface that can adequately support the sign’s weight.
  • Make sure sign is hung and plumb so that it hangs perpendicular to floor when mounted.
  • Place sign away from direct heat source.
  • Do not plug in sign while installing.
  • Always disconnect sign from electrical outlet when handling.

How do I hang my Slimline Lighted Wall Sign?

DOWNLOAD THE SLIMLINE LIGHT PRODUCT SHEET & WARRANTY INFORMATION


Install mount as follows:


WOOD SURFACE MOUNT: For each mount, drill ¼” hole through marked point on wall approximately ¾” deep. Insert #8x1” wood screw. Allow for ¼” space between the screw head and the wall. Hang using keyhole mount on the back of the sign.


HOLLOW WALL MOUNT: For each mount, drill ¼” hole through marked point on wall approximately ¾” deep. Insert wall anchor by lightly tapping to set anchor flush with the wall surface. Insert screw and tighten until anchor is expanded. Allow for ¼” space between the screw head and the wall. Hang using keyhole mount on the back of the sign.


  • The sign is for INDOOR USE only.
  • Hang from a surface that can adequately support the sign’s weight.
  • Place sign away from direct sunlight and any heat source.
  • Do not plug in sign while installing.

How do I hang my Retro Lighted Wall Clock?

How do I hang my Pool Table Light?

DOWNLOAD THE POOL TABLE LIGHT PRODUCT SHEET & WARRANTY INFORMATION 

CEILING INSTALLATION:

  1. Unplug lamp before installing. Always disconnect lamp from electrical outlet when handling.
  2. Mark points on ceiling for screw hook mounts (not included) that are in line with center of the pool table and spaced apart 12” on each side from center to align with hanging cables on the top of the lamp.
  3. Install screw hooks. Make sure the mounts will securely hold the hanging lamp. If necessary, use eye bolts with toggle or molly (hardware not included), depending on ceiling construction.
  4. Attach cables to screw hooks.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders ship within three (3) business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding any major holiday's. Using Standard Economy shipping, most orders arrive in 7-10 business days.


For wholesale account's please contact us prior to placing an order as turnaround time can vary based on the season but are typically between 2-4 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are only able to ship throughout the United States, Canada, and to United States Military Bases (APO / FPO addresses).

Product information

What does Print On-Demand mean?

The Fan-Brand does not maintain a physical inventory of products. This means that we print and assemble each order by hand. While this process does make it longer for us to fulfill orders (typically 48 - 72 hours are needed), it allows us to provide a greater selection of products and designs for each of our licenses.

Do you provide personalization?

Unfortunately, we are not able to add personalization to our products at this time.

How come you don't have products for my school or favorite team?

All our products are officially licensed by the individual university or sports league / lifestyle property. The process to secure a license can sometimes be rather lengthy. While we may not have your favorites now, we are constantly working to add more properties to our brand portfolio. If you don’t see your team or interest, send us an email at customerservice@thefan-brand.com and let us know. We will use this feedback as we approach new partners.

What are your products made of?

Our products are made from heavy-duty, injection molded plastic and/or acrylic (utilizing recycled plastics where available). While lightweight, they are extremely durable. The faces are printed on-demand directly on the product using automotive grade, UV stable inks that provide a smooth, glossy finish.


Every “Faux” Barrel Sign and/or Clock is hand-stained to provide a realistic wood grain appearance.


Our premium pool table lights are made with a hand-stained cherry wood frame and feature brass accent pieces.

Do you use recycled materials?

When available, we recycle material directly in our manufacturing plant/s and use this plastic throughout our product lines. For more information surrounding our environmental efforts, please see our Corporate Responsibility Report.

Can I hang your products outdoors?

All our lighted wall signs, pool table, and game table lights are made specifically for indoor use only. Our wall décor signs and mirrors (disc, bottle caps, barrels, note boards, etc.) may be hung outdoors but we do not condone it and it will violate your warranty.


While our products are printed with UV stable inks, that does not guarantee that the product my fade after prolonged exposure to sunlight. Plastic products are also susceptible to extreme weather fluctuations which may degrade their integrity. Please use your best judgment.  

How do I clean your products?

Disconnect any of our lighted signs from outlet before cleaning


All of our products may be cleaned by using a soft cloth to remove dust. A mild solution of liquid detergent may be used to remove stubborn stains. Avoid excessive rubbing. Do not use abrasives or strong chemicals. Dry with a soft, clean cloth.

Wholesale / Retail

Do you have a wholesale program?

The Fan-Brand works with retailers of all sizes and offers both in store and drop-ship programs.


All our products are Made in the USA and manufactured on-demand in Fairview, PA.


Our average lead-time for items is 7-10 business days (2-4 weeks for volume orders), and we have required no minimum orders on any of our products. Orders may be placed using our wholesale website, by email, or phone.
